Email In various places on our website and on site at Planting Fields, we gather email addresses for the purpose of allowing people to voluntarily subscribe to Planting Fields eNews, a free, monthly electronic newsletter. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the "unsubscribe" link at the end of each newsletter. Planting Fields Foundation does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise exploit in any way the email addresses of eNews subscribers and recipients. Periodically, Planting Fields Membership department sends out information regarding special membership offers and other important garden news. Our website may set “cookies” for the purpose of collecting aggregate statistics about the total number of visitors to our website. We do not store any personally identifiable information in cookies. Access to the personal data we may hold about you You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you, by sending an email to membership@plantingfields.org or by writing a letter to Planting Fields Foundation. We will make an effort to verify such requested information exists and provide it. If requested, we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data, which we keep about you, within a week. We may before require proof of your identity. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or amended, completed.
