Coe Hall, the stunning Tudor Revival mansion of 1920s, makes for a magnificent setting for your next board meeting, conference or professional networking event.  

Rental Fee $15,000 *Catering and related expenses not included 

A private function at Coe Hall includes: 

    • Tables and chairs 
    • Photography permit
    • Set up and breakdown

Capacity:  
Cocktail reception: 150 guests maximum 
Sit down meal: 80 guests maximum  

Non-Profit Discount: 
A 25% discount is offered to non-profit and educational organizations.
