Ticket Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Out of respect and consideration of all patrons and staff, and considering Covid-19 related safety precautions, all those partaking in tours must arrive for check in at the front door of Coe Hall within 5 minutes of the scheduled tour time. Failure to do so will lead to a cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests arriving after their tour time has begun will not be permitted to join the tour. However, they may have the opportunity to be rescheduled for a later tour that day if one becomes available. Availability is not guaranteed. Tours times vary. Please see a Visitor Service Associate in our Visitor Center for help.
Tours can be rescheduled by contacting email@example.com more than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tour. Due to high demand, we are not able to reschedule tours with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that all tour sales are final. We thank you for your patronage.
