Join us for an enchanting evening of truly unique and extraordinary soundscapes that mirror the beauty of Planting Fields. On Saturday, October 21st, Jacinta Clusellas returns to historic Coe Hall to perform songs from her recent record A Donde Llega El Silencio and her bilingual musical AZUL, alongside pianist Ben Moss and percussionist Alessio Romano, followed by a meet and greet with the artists. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Jacinta brings together jazz, South American folklore, and chamber music, in the context of songs influenced by poems, literature and nature from South America.

AZUL received the 2022 NYC Women’s Fund for Media, Music and Theatre to record a full cast studio EP, a collaboration with Alex Lacamoire and Kurt Crowley, and was recently presented in concert at 54 Below and Joe’s Pub (Public Theatre). Jacinta’s second EP A Donde Llega el Silencio, produced by West One Music (UK) recorded in NYC and Buenos Aires, was released in 2023 and featured in The Surrogacy, one of Netflix Top 10 TV Shows in the U.S. in June 2023. In New York City, Jacinta has performed at SIX on Broadway as a guitarist, at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, The Sultan Room, Women of Color on Broadway and more.
