Farm Stand with Orkestai Farm

Stop by the Visitor Center at Coe Hall on Saturday, September 18 and visit our farm stand to learn about the site’s agricultural history. Centuries before the Coes established their estate, indigenous communities and European colonists farmed the loamy soil of Planting Fields. This agricultural tradition continues to this day. Come speak with farmers from Orkestai Farm, the organic farm at Planting Fields, and Planting Fields Foundation staff about produce, cultivation, and historic crops. Be prepared to take some Orkestai Farm vegetables home with you!
