This is your chance to experience autumn at its absolute best – on foot through the historic Olmsted-designed landscape of Planting Fields! Get ready to lace up and hit the scenic trails at Planting Fields amid the vibrant colors of the season at our 5th Annual Fall 5K, a fall tradition for all ages and fitness levels. 

Whether you’re a dedicated runner, a casual stroller, or simply looking to soak up the foliage, this event is the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors with friends, family, and community. Costumes encouraged! Whether spooky, silly, or spectacular, come dressed to impress! Cast your vote for the most festive participant at the Planting Fields Foundation info booth.

Event Schedule
7:30am Registration Opens
8:30am 5K Walk/Run Race Begins
9:30am Kids Fun Run (1/2 mile)

Event Highlights:
· Scenic 5K course through the gardens and trails 
· NEW! Kids Fun Run – A ½ mile loop just for young runners (Parents run for free with their children in the Kids Fun Run!)
· Costume fun + fan voting for crowd favorites
· Live DJ spinning tunes all morning
· Food trucks with seasonal eats and treats
· Free guided tours of the historic Main House (for 5K and Fun Run registrants)
· Hands-on fall-themed crafts for all ages
