Join us for a fun-filled gardening adventure! We’ll kick things off by reading an exciting gardening book, learning all about the wonders of growing food. Then, we’ll get our hands dirty as we help refresh the veggie garden at the education center, giving our plants some much-needed love. Next, we’ll tap into our creativity and make a gardening-inspired craft to take home. And to top it all off, you’ll also get to bring home your very own plant to care for and watch grow. Don’t miss out on this hands-on, nature-packed experience!
More about the Little Learner Series
Parks are for everyone – even our littlest learners! Join us twice a month for a brand-new experience: Every other week we will introduce children ages 2 – 5 to the natural world around them and engage them and their parents. We’ll tackle one theme at a time with a nature story, craft, and open play outside! This series will take place on Friday mornings from 10 – 11am unless otherwise noted.
