Johnny Herbert is a singer-songwriter who performs original songs on both piano and ukulele.  His 2010 album “Destroys the Moon” combines piano-pop and jazz inspired by artists as diverse as Ray Charles, Ben Folds, Andrew WK and even the Mario Kart soundtrack.  More recently, Johnny has borrowed from traditional Hawaiian music for new songs like “I Knew From The Start” and “Makes Me Want To Sing.”  He has also performed on piano with the Women Of Ireland for their 2016 US tour.  For more information call Max Fogel (516) 922-8668 or education@plantingfields.org
