Ready for an epic winter break adventure? Join us for a journey through time as we unlock the art of letter-writing! In this workshop, participants will meet a professional archivist, explore the fascinating history of written communication, and experience the magic of writing by hand!
In this experience, we’ll explore real letters from the Coe family’s children, use vintage typewriters, quills, homemade ink, and cool stamps to write your own letter, and have the opportunity to add our letters to a time capsule that won’t open until 2034!
The fun doesn’t stop there – Each participant will take home your very own vintage letter-making kit!
