Orkestai Farm is an educational farm & arts environment located at Planting Fields. The Farm’s philosophy is founded on the notion that a regenerative agricultural system requires choruses of people to collaboratively learn and play to cultivate the land. Join farmers Alethea Vasilas, Josh Marcus, Conner Pangia, and Shannon Collopy to learn what it takes to run an organic production farm and CSA, from crop planning to harvesting, and how you can make your own compost at home.
