With numerous publications to his credit, including the widely acclaimed book Manual of Woody Landscape Plants, Dr. Dirr is a leading authority on woody plants.
Join us for an all-day conference with renowned horticulturists Dr. Michael A. Dirr, Lynden Miller, Landscape Designer and Author, and Vincent Simeone, Director of Planting Fields Arboretum, as we explore the latest developments and introductions of woody plants, designing with shrubs, alternatives to common evergreens, as well as time-honored shrubs for landscape use. Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be provided, and a silent auction will take place. A Wine and Cheese Walking Tour will take place at 4:45pm.
