Winter Birding 101 Workshop Sunday, December 22 10am – 12pm Ages 5 – 12. $25 per child. Located at Planting Fields Foundation's Education Center at the historic Laundry Building     Discover everything you need to know about birds at the Winter Birding 101 Workshop. Participants will learn birding basics, how birds survive over the winter, and how we can help support them on their migration journeys! Join us for a journey through time as we unlock the art of letter-writing! In this workshop, participants will meet a professional archivist, explore the fascinating history of written communication, and experience the magic of writing by hand!

In this hands-on Little Learners experience, we’ll explore the fascinating world of animal sounds – from the calls of birds to the chatter of forest creatures! You’ll be amazed by the sounds all around us and learn how animals communicate in their natural habitats.
